The goal was to simplify the account opening process and increase the customer base and assets under management.

The solution was to design a signup process that shortens the time-to-value by moving the request for KYC documents further down the onboarding process to give investors an early taste of the investments being offered. Drop-offs are reduced as customers are more motivated to complete KYC documentation when they have found an investment option they like. I created the user flows and designed the desktop version of the investment platform.
